What is a freehold property?

Freehold properties offer indefinite land and property ownership, in contrast to leasehold (typically 30–99 years). Freehold often carries stronger long‑term value.

Popular states include Kuala Lumpur and Selangor for urban condos, Penang for beachfront homes, Johor Bahru due to Singapore proximity, and Sabah for affordability and natural surroundings.

Which types of real estate offer the best returns?

Returns vary by market segment: high‑density condos in Kuala Lumpur offer steady rental yield, while landed properties in growth corridors may deliver better capital gains over time.

What features should a real estate website include?

Standard steps: inspect the property, negotiate rent and deposit, sign a tenancy agreement outlining terms like duration, utility responsibility, pet policy, maintenance, and termination notices.

It should specify rent schedule, deposit, lease length, renewal and termination terms, tenant and landlord maintenance responsibilities, utility billing, subletting, pet rules and insurance requirements.
